Quality Assurance

To ensure the rigid quality, SURAJ COMPONENTS PVT. LTD. has been quick to incorporate state of the art technology in its quality control programme. At first, the process parameters and conditions are developed. later, these are constantly monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process. The final product is then inspected and tested to ensure compliance with the customer's requirements. appropriate statistical quality control systems and modern testing facilities are the hallmark of Suraj's Quality Assurance Department.

 The following key points outline our quality system.

Quality System :

• We conduct quality planning to review our resources , technology, skills,  equipment and process knowledge to insure that we will meet or exceed all customer requirements

Document and Data Control :

• We have a strong system which includes an Industrial Engineer who prepares and controls assembly process and related documentation. We also have a Quality coordinator who manages our ISO related documentation. 
  
  Purchasing :
  We have a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer who compiles monthly reports on our supplier base. We require product qualification packages of our  supplier base. We require product qualification packages of our suppliers and have a program to certify our preferred subcontractors

Process Control :

• We have a strong  manufacturing operation with related processes to insure that customer requirements are met.
  
  Inspection and Testing :
  We have inspection labs staffed with well trained inspectors performing receiving, in- process and final  inspections . Records are kept for all related activities.
   

Handling, Storage, Packaging and Delivery :

• We have extensive documentation on how we handle these items. We also have a dedicated staff of material handlers, shipping , and receiving personnel. 
   

Internal Quality Audits : 

• We have a comprehensive benchmark system. We have a formally trained group of internal auditors from different functional areas of the company performing quarterly and follow up audits .
